David K. O'Dell, President

David K. O’Dell is the President of Delco Financial Group, Inc., in Shorewood, Illinois. David is a financial consultant concentrating on the areas of retirement and estate planning.  His primary focus is on implementing the 4-D Financial Planning Process which provides clients a personalized financial blueprint for retirement. 

David has been the President of Delco Financial Group, Inc., since 1998, when his father and Delco founder, Ben K. O’Dell, retired.  After high school, he studied Economics at Wheaton College from 1975-1978.  He ultimately received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pastoral Studies from Moody Bible Institute in 1985.

David has made it his career focus to solidify Delco Financial as the premier retirement planning practice that helps meet the needs of retirees. David is a member of the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants and is an Investment Advisor Representative with the state of Illinois. He is also Series 7 and Series 66 registered through Cetera Advisor Networks LLC. David is an avid bicyclist and participates in many organized cycling events throughout the year. He also enjoys barefoot water skiing, as well as spending time with his wife Carol, their four children, and thirteen grandchildren.
