David K. O’Dell is the President of Delco Financial Group, Inc., in Shorewood, Illinois. David is a financial consultant concentrating on the areas of retirement and estate planning. He works to address the unique financial requirements of seniors by providing them with innovative investment strategies that focus on their retirement income needs and long-term care planning.
David has been the President of Delco Financial Group, Inc., since 1998, when his father and Delco founder, Ben K. O’Dell, retired. After high school, he studied Economics at Wheaton College from 1975-1978. He ultimately received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pastoral Studies from Moody Bible Institute in 1985.
David has made it his career focus to solidify Delco Financial as the premier retirement planning practice that meets the needs of retirees. David is a member of the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants and is an Investment Advisor Representative with the state of Illinois. He is also Series 7 and Series 66 licensed through Summit Brokerage Services, Inc. David is an avid bicyclist and participates in many organized cycling events throughout the year. He also enjoys barefoot water skiing, as well as spending time with his wife Carol, their four children, and seven grandchildren.
